NudeStockPhotos.com Stock Photo License Agreement
By downloading and using images from NudeStockPhotos.com, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Usage Rights: You are granted a non-exclusive, worldwide, and perpetual license to use, modify, and reproduce the images downloaded from NudeStockPhotos.com for personal, commercial, and non-commercial purposes. You may use the images in digital or print media, websites, social media, advertisements, and any other creative projects.
2. Restrictions:
- You may not sell, sublicense, or distribute the images as standalone files or part of a collection.
- You may not claim ownership or authorship of the images.
- You may not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or duplicate the images using artificial intelligence (AI) or any other technology to recreate similar images.
In addition to the restrictions set forth in this Agreement, the Licensee agrees not to use the Licensed Images in any manner that:
- Promotes Discrimination: Encourages, advocates, or promotes discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age.
- Supports Hate Speech: Supports or promotes hate speech, violence, or hostility against individuals or groups based on any of the above-mentioned characteristics or any other characteristic protected under applicable law.
- Facilitates Abuse or Harm: Depicts, encourages, or promotes sexual abuse, exploitation, violence, self-harm, or any other form of abuse or harm against individuals or animals.
- Engages in Illegal Activities: Supports or promotes illegal activities, including but not limited to, drug use, theft, fraud, or terrorism.
- Violates Privacy: Violates the privacy or publicity rights of any individual, including but not limited to, the use of images without the consent of depicted individuals where such consent is required by law.
- Misrepresents Identity: Falsely represents or implies that the images are created by or endorsed by any other person or entity, or misrepresents the origin or source of the images in a way that is misleading or deceptive.
Enforcement and Termination: The Licensor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine whether the Licensee's use of the Licensed Images violates any of the restrictions set forth in this clause. Upon any such determination, the Licensor may terminate this Agreement, revoke the license granted herein, and require the immediate cessation of all use, distribution, and destruction of the Licensed Images. The Licensee agrees to comply with any such demand promptly.
Indemnification: The Licensee agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Licensor and its affiliates, officers, agents, employees, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with the Licensee's breach of the restrictions set forth in this clause.
Legal Compliance: The Licensee agrees to use the Licensed Images in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines, and in a manner that does not infringe or violate the rights of any third party.
3. Attribution: Attribution is required for our free images. However, if you have a subscription, crediting our website is not necessary. We still appreciate it if you choose to credit us.4. AI Generation: You acknowledge that the images available on NudeStockPhotos.com are AI-generated and may not represent real individuals or events accurately.
5. Warranty: NudeStockPhotos.com provides images "as is" without any warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of the images.
6. Liability: NudeStockPhotos.com shall not be liable for any damages or losses, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the images.
7. Termination: This license is effective until terminated. NudeStockPhotos.com reserves the right to terminate this license at any time if you fail to comply with its terms and conditions. Upon termination, you must cease using the images and delete all copies.
8. Changes to the License: NudeStockPhotos.com reserves the right to modify or amend this license agreement at any time. Any changes will be posted on the NudeStockPhotos.com website.
By clicking "Accept" or downloading images from NudeStockPhotos.com, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this license agreement.
